Pineapple Song comes from a book titled, "Absolutely Gorgeous Doilies", ang that they are. This doily was so much fun to make! There is plenty of texture which really makes this doily stand out from others. I have been experimenting with blocking doilies. I starched and then pinned this one to cardboard to dry. I love the way it keeps it shape that way, but there seem to be some people that prefer their doilies to just be water blocked.
I am looking forward to making more doilies from this book, as they are each unique and beautiful.
